About Pacaso
In order to convert a home to a Pacaso, we create a limited corporation in which each home will have a total of 8 shares available for purchase. A single-share owner can stay in their Pacaso about 44 nights a year. Owners can own up to four shares of one Pacaso.
Unlike a timeshare, you are not locked into your home. After 12 months of ownership, owners are able to sell and price their share(s) at their choosing. We’ll even provide you an exclusive marketplace to do so.
Pacaso manages all the stressful pieces of owning a home, including maintenance, design, furnishing, management, and cleaning.
Additionally, our curated network of professionals in visa, tax & financing regulation will help guide you through the closing process, which takes about 15-30 days on average. Once you own your Pacaso, we manage it – it’s that simple.
